The Wood Fired Collection
Something truly delicious is coming… Very soon, the wood-fired oven at Moraira Catering will be lit!
And no… it is not just for pizza.
I will use the fire for a completely new line within my meal service: dishes roasted, baked and slowly cooked over real wood fire.
